Coaching, to me, isn’t about me telling you what to do.It is conversation.A place where you don’t have to arrive already knowing what the thing is…
It isn’t a method.
It is a space.
A space for unusual depth of conversation.
For things we don’t quite have words for.
For what we know, but somehow don’t know that we know.
Every find yourself here?
Sometimes we know exactly what we want, yet somehow we keep getting in our own way.Sometimes something bothers us, and we can’t quite put our finger on why.Sometimes everything seems fine, yet something feels missing.And sometimes we don’t even know what there is to talk about.That’s okay, too.
What if you CAN...
see something new.
Maybe something that was there
the whole time.Something you couldn’t quite name.
Until you could see it.
What Becomes Visible

Living with my husband's Anxiety disorder...
...discovering saying no, seeing my value...
I didn't see how I tried to cover up my feelings while dating...
I wanted a meaningful relationship…
Self-confidence...
...until I saw the comparing...
I love these moments.
When something we couldn't see becomes visible.
This is why I do what I do.There is something about these moments matter to me.
And somehow, I get to be there for it.
